NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 1 July, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-007209-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which HMC Assets, LLC solely in its capacity as Separate Trustee of CAM X Trust, is the Plaintiff and William Joseph Schwinn aka William J. Schwinn aka William Schwinn, Barbara Jo Gill, as an Heir of the William Joseph Schwinn aka William J. Schwinn aka William Schwinn, deceased, Regions Bank successor by merger to AmSouth Bank, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, William Joseph Schwinn aka William J. Schwinn aka William Schwinn, deceased, William Joseph Schwinn aka William J. Schwinn aka William Schwinn, Unknown Tenant(s), Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 15th of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
