NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, dated May 09, 2016, entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-006128 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and Olga Rosario a/k/a Olga I. Rosario; The Unknown Spouse of Olga Rosario a/k/a Olga I. Rosario; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; Bank of America, N.A.; Tenant #1, Tenant #2, Tenant #3, and Tenant #4, the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 9th day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, BLOCK 1, WESTGATE HEIGHTS NORTH, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 50 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
