NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 24, 2016, entered in Case No. 14-007556-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF8 Master Participation Trust is the Plaintiff and Caribay Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 9th day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 115, BUILDING 2, OF CARIBAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OWNERSHIP RECORDED OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4287, PAGE 773, OF THE PUBLIC ROADS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED BY INSTRUMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4404, PAGE 644, OF THE PUBLIC ROADS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AS SHOWN ON PLAT OF CARIBAY RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 39 THROUGH 43, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL OF ITS APPURTENANCES ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION, TOGETHER WITH ALL IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED THEREIN.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
