NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, dated June 10, 2016, entered in Case No. 12-010399-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Elizabeth A. Montgomery; Bank of America, N.A.; Seventieth Somerset Place, Inc.; Unknown Tenant(s) in Possession of the Subject Property are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED ON UNIT 1460, BUILDING 3, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SEVENTIETH SOMERSET PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM, AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4984, OAGES 1772 THROUGH 1834, INCLUSIVE, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 124 THROUGH 128, INCLUSIVE, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
