YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action for “Mortgage Foreclosure” has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on IRA SCOT SILVERSTEIN, ESQUIRE, IRA SCOT SILVERSTEIN, PLLC, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 2900 West Cypress Creek Road Suite 6, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33309, on or before 8-22-16/(30 days from Date of First Publication of this Notice) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This Notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
