Final Judgment was awarded on June 24, 2016 in Civil Case No. 14-005898-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-EMX5 is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY; THOUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF LESLIE P. REIDT, DECEASED; VALENCIA PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC; CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA MUNICIPAL CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD; IBOYLA RIEDT; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC AS NOMINEE FOR MORTGAGE LENDERS NETWORK USA INC; STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY AS SUBROGEE FOR THOMAS C. CONVERSE; HUNTINGTON NATIONAL BANK; PETER Z. RIEDT A/K/A PETER ZALAN RIEDT; CHRISTIAN D. RIEDT A/K/A CHRISTIAN DAVID RIEDT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LESLIE P. RIEDT; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on August 9, 2016 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 83, VALENCIA PARK, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGE 32, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
