NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 5, 2016, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-003996, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, is Plaintiff and LINDA D. MORRIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA D. MORRIS; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; ROYAL PALM VILLAGES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 19TH day of AUGUST, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, ROYAL PALM VILLAGES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 103, PAGES 40 AND 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
