NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 5, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-006188-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF MARY J. GLICK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY J. GLICK; LONG BAYOU CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; DISCOVER BANK; TRICIA HARMON; TONYA MCCOY, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 19TH day of AUGUST, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 20, BUILDING 8, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF LONG BAYOU CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 52 THROUGH 64, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED MARCH 17, 1977 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4522, PAGES 1451 THROUGH 1567, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED INTHE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
