U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH UNDER, OR AGAINST, PASQUALE PALUMBO A/K/A PASQUALE S. PALUMBO, SR., DECEASED; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH UNDER, OR AGAINST, SALVATORE PALUMBO A/K/A SALVATORE PALUMBO, JR., DECEASED; SALVATORE PALUMBO, JR. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 19TH day of AUGUST, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF APARTMENT OF APARTMENT NO. 46, BUILDING B-26, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE CONVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM UNIT TWENTY, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3731, PAGES 681-705, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 8, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.SUBJECT PROPERTY IS A WARRANTY LEASEHOLD ESTATE DEED.

surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
