NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of May 2016 and entered in Case No. 14003767CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY is the Plaintiff and LUEGENIA JACKSON; LUEWELLA SHERRIFFE; and UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A BERNICE MITCHELL IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 12th day of August 2016 at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 1, MAXIMO MOORINGS, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 36, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
