NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 28, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-004818-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAMP TRUST 2006-SEA1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-SEA1, is Plaintiff and ERMA GENE SYKES F/K/A ERMA GENE PAYNE, ET AL, are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 12th day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, Block 2 of Disston's & Keeney's Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 31 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part.
Property Address: 609 South Safford Avenue, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
