NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 5, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-006947-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF CHARLES G. BELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLES G. BELL; CLEARWATER NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSING SERVICES INCORPORATED; MICHAEL GREGORY BELL; KEVIN STUART BELL; CHRISTOPHER SCOTT BELL; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A SUSAN PIPER, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 19TH day of AUGUST, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT TWENTY (20), BLOCK FIVE (5), VIRGINIA GROVES ESTATES SUBDIVISION, FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGES 41 TO 43, BOTH INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL FURNITURE, FURNISHINGS AND EQUIPMENT LOCATED IN OR AT SAID PREMISES.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
