NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of July 2016 and entered in Case No. 08-013505-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE WASHINGTON MUTUAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, WMALT SERIES 2006-AR5 is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF BARBARA WYRICK A/K/A BARBARA ANN WYRICK, DECEASED; WOODLAKE ASSOCIATION, INC.; PAULA WYRICK; DONALD HENRY WYRICK, JR. A/K/A DONALD H. WYRICK; and UKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 23rd day of August 2016 at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT 91, OF WOODLAKE I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 38 THROUGH 53, INCLUSIVE AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4204, PAGES 1119 THROUGH 1182, INCLUSIVE, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
