NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2016 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 13, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 15-69-CI-21 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff, and THOMAS D. SHILL; TERESA A. SHILL; COUNTRYSIDE IMPERIAL RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; COUNTRYSIDE NORTH COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.;, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 15th day of August, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 131, COUNTRYSIDE NORTH TRACT 3B PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 90, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
