NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale docketed June 9, 2016, and entered in Case No. 10-003470-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Denise A. McKinlay, Eleanor Paris, Unknown Tenant in Possession of the Subject Property, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 17th of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 6, LESS THE EAST 20 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY, OF BAMBOO SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FL.
