NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 24, 2016, entered in Case No. 15-003660-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and Peggy A Bennett A/K/A Peggy Doyle Bennett; The Unknown Spouse Of Peggy A Bennett A/K/A Peggy Doyle Bennett; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants; Leisure World Mobile Home Park Association, Incorporated; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 9th day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK D, PLEASURE WORLD PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH A CERTAIN RETIRED 1996 JACOBSEN CLASSIC MOBILE HOME LOCATED THEREON AS A FIXTURE AND APPURTENANCE THERETO: VIN# JACFL17403A AND JACFL17403B
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
