Names of Defendants: Palm Harbor Development Company, Mary T. Coleman and J.H. Coleman, as corporate directors, all parties claiming interests by, through, under or against such parties, and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described.
Nature of the Action: This is an action to quiet title and confirm title of the School Board of Pinellas County, Florida, in and to certain land located in Pinellas County.
Name of Court and Case: The Sixth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida; The School Board of Pinellas County, Florida v. Palm Harbor Development Company, and Mary T. Coleman and J.H. Coleman, as corporate directors, Case No. 16-002632-CI.
Description of Real Property: A smaller portion of the larger property generally known as Palm Harbor Elementary School with street address of 415 15th Street, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34683, more particularly described as follows:
That portion of the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 12, Township 28 South, Range 15 East, described as follows: Commencing at the NW corner of Section 12, Township Twenty-eight (28) South, Range Fifteen (15) East, run East along the North boundary of Section 12 a distance of 1290.15 feet; thence South through an angle of 90 degrees 52 minutes a distance of 40 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continuing South in the same line a distance of 250 feet; thence West through an angle of 89 degrees 8 minutes a distance of 600.07 feet; thence North through an angle of 90 degrees 52 minutes a distance of 250 feet; thence East through an angle of 89 degrees 8 minutes a distance of 600.07 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Filing Deadline: Any defendants desiring to do so must file written defenses with the Clerk of the Court and serve a copy upon the School Board of Pinellas County, Florida, c/o David Koperski, School Board Attorney, 301 4th Street SW, Largo, Florida 33770, not later than August 23, 2016.
