Final Judgment was awarded on September 6, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-012976-O, of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR IMPAC SECURED ASSETS CORP., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-2 is the Plaintiff, and ALBERT BOTT ; LAPIN SEPTIC TANK SERVICE, INC.; PROCESS XPRESS; JOHN DOE N/K/A DARREN REYNOLDS; JANE DOE N/K/A JENNIFER REYNOLDS ; MICHELLE C. GARRETT; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
