Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 5, 2015, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on June 13, 2016, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, the office of Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
LOT 170, BLOCK 14, STONEYBROOK UNIT IV, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 127-129, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on August 18, 2016, beginning at 11:00 AM.
