AND ANY AND ALL FURTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO (THE “CONDOMINIUM DOCUMENTS”). AS PROVIDED BY THE CONDOMINIUM ACT OF THE STATUTES OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA (S718, FLA., STAT.), SAID DESCRIPTION IN THIS CONVEYANCE INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, ALL APPURTENANCES TO THE CONDOMINIUM PARCEL AFOREDESCRIBED, INCLUDING THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE CONDOMINIUM.
