NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 8, 2016, entered in Case No. 2015-CA-008862-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC is the Plaintiff and Carmen Rodriguez A/K/A Carmen M Rodriguez; Jaime Rodriguez A/K/A Jaime L Rodriguez; Jude Alexis; The Unknown Spouse Of Jude Alexis; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; United States Of America On Behalf Of U.S. Department Of Housing And Urban Development; Island Cove Villas At Meadow Woods Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 24th day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 53, ISLAND COVE VILLAS - PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 66 AND 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. LOT 53, ISLAND COVE VILLAS - PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 66 AND 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
