NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 18, 2016, entered in Case No. 48-2014-CA-010270-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and Aaron Rivera; Maria Henriquez a/k/a Maria M. Henriquez; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Orange County, Florida; Silver Pines Pointe Phase 2 Homeowners Association, Inc; Silver Pines Pointe Homeowners Association, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 19th day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 56, SILVER PINES POINTE, PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 139-141, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
