NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale, dated June 20, 2016, entered in Case No. 48-2014-CA-008071-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for MASTR Asset Backed Securities Trust 2006-AM2, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AM2 is the Plaintiff and Glendail A. Mobley A/K/A Glendail Mobley; Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union; United States Of America; The Unknown Spouse Of Glendail A. Mobley A/K/A Glendail Mobley; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; #4 Tenant are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 22nd day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, LONG LAKE SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 2 AND 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
