NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 11, 2016 in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:
