NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 28, 2015, and entered in Case No. 10003752CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2007-1, is Plaintiff and JOANNE M. KUIVILA, et al., are Defendants, the Office of Barbara T. Scott, Charlotte County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 17th day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 208, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 8, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 16A TO 16Z7, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
