NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of mortgage foreclosure entered on July 13, 2016, in Civil Action 14-CA-2420 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, in which CHARLOTTE COUNTY HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC. is the Plaintiff, and HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES and DEVISEES of the ESTATE OF GAIL R. DOBAY, deceased, Michelle Mae Dobay, James Grempel, John P. Grempel, and CHARLOTTE COUNTY FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the state of Florida, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11 AM, on the 17th day of August, 2016, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of mortgage foreclosure in Charlotte County, Florida:
Lot 5, Block 1113, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section 22, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 13A thru 13C of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Which currently has the address of 17204 Ursula Ave., Port Charlotte, FL 33954
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
