NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 19, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 15002817CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and BALMIR ROGER; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A ESTHER JEAN; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #2 N/K/A GUY M CHARLES, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 17th day of November, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale.
