NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 20, 2016, and entered in 13000198CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-2, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and LAWRENCE D. ULLRICH; STEVEN V. TERRINONI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAWRENCE D. ULLRICH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEVEN V. TERRINONI; BOCA LAGO AT VIVANTE III CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on August 24, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
