Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on August 15, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described real property:
Unit H-103 of The Oaks IV, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium executed June 5, 1985, and recorded June 21, 1985 in Official Records Book 821 at Pages 2073 through 2177, inclusive, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, as amended, together with all appurtenances thereto, including an undivided interest in the Common Elements of said Condominium as set forth in the Declaration.
Commonly known as: 19505 Quesada Ave, Unit HH103, Port Charlotte, Florida 33948
The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the County Court of Charlotte County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 16-0374 CC, The Oaks IV Condominium Association, Inc., Plaintiff vs. Ty F. Clawson, Defendant.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
