Harlow a/k/a Samantha Ann Marie Howard a/k/a Samantha A. Howard, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor in interest to Wachovia Bank, N.A., are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 18th day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
