NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 14, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-006901AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff and FEDERAL TRUST SERVICES LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER A TRUST AGREEMENT KNOWN AS TRUST NO. 8615, DATED MAY 24, 2013; JUDITH E. STROM; RODNEY A. STROM; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF TRUST NO. 8615, DATED MAY 24, 2013; BAY LAKE ESTATES ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A MICHELLE HOLLAND, are defendants. Angelina M. Colonneso, Clerk of Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 18TH day of AUGUST, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK C, BAY LAKES ESTATES SUBDIVISION, PHASE II, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 175, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
