YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title on the following real property located in Manatee County, Florida, to wit:
UNIT 133-U OF WILDEWOOD SPRINGS II-B, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records 972, Pages 1663 through 1717, inclusive, and Amendments thereto and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium 10, Pages 55 through 59, inclusive of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Felix G. Montanez, plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 4511 N. Himes Avenue, Suite 200, Tampa, FL 33614, on or before September, 1, 2016 or within thirty (30) days from the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at the Manatee County Courthouse, 1115 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, FL 34205, either before service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint petition.
