NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 22, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-002835 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein GENE E. MYERS, as Trustee U/T and SUSAN PENGE FILSON, as Trustee U/T and JOSEPH JOHN PENGE, as Trustee U/T, are Plaintiffs, and MICHAEL R. MURPHY, OLGA GOLDSMITH, f/k/a OLGA F. MURPHY, and MIRELLA JAMES as Co-Successor Trustees of the WALTER E. MURPHY REVOCABLE TRUST II, U/A/D AUGUST 10, 2001, and CAMPUS USA CREDIT UNION, et al, are Defendants; the office of Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash via online sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 24th day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
