NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 24, 2016 in Civil Case No. 11-2014-CA- 001859-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF8 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, BY CALIBER HOME LOANS, INC., AS ITS ATTORNEY IN FACT is the Plaintiff, and RAISA LESENDE A/K/A RAISA V. LESENDE; LUIS LESENDE; ROYAL PALM BANK OF FLORIDA; GOLDEN GATE ESTATES AREA CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A GEORGE LOUIS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Dwight E. Brock will sell to the highest bidder for cash Collier County courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Naples, FL 34112 on August 15, 2016 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 53, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, AT PAGE(S) 65 THROUGH 77 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
