NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 6 day of May, 2016, and entered in Case No. 12CA2894, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FDIC AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE GLADICE JOY HARP A/K/A REVOCABLE TRUST DATED OCTOBER 13, 2009 REGIONS BANK SHERYL LYNN CHRZANOWSKI UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE GLADICE JOY HARP A/K/A REVOCABLE TRUST DATED OCTOBER 13, 2009; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GLADICE HARP A/K/A GLADICE JOY HARP A/K/A GLADICE J. HARP UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 15 day of AUGUST, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
