CHAVES A/K/A TRACY A. CHAVES; COBBLESTONE LANDING TOWNHOMES ASSOCIATION, INC.; ROME TRUST HOLDINGS, LLC AS TRUSTEE UNDER A TRUST AGREEMENTAND KNOWN AS TRUST NO. 5413, DATED JUNE 27, 2013; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ZACHARY MILLS; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A LINDSAY MILLS are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 08, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
