NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Summary Consent Judgment of Foreclosure and Taxation of Attorney's Fees and Costs dated July 18, 2016, in the above styled case, wherein DAVID ROMAN and WILFREDO ROMAN are the Plaintiffs and MIGUEL A. RAMOS, DECEASED; RUTH CLARK RAMOS; TENANT IN POSSESSION N/K/ANGELA RAMOS; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. f/k/a NATIONSBANK, N.A.; UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUALDEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS IN POSSESSION, KNOWN HEIRS OF THE DECEDANT, JOSE RAMOS; NELLIE RAMOS; BERENID TAVAREZ; MIGUEL A.
