NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 11, 2016, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder on the Lee County Clerk of Court's website for online auctions, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on August 15, 2016, for the following described property:
A part of Lots 97 through 101, inclusive, Block 93, Unit 5 Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, page 90, Public Records of Lee County Florida, the part of said lands being:
Apartment Number 404A, Sunset Towers Apartments Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof in Official Records Book 359, page 302, as amended and restated in Official Records Book 2712 and Instrument # 2008000051001, of the Public records of Lee County, Florida and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
