RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed July 20, 2016 and entered in Case No. 15-CA-051251 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and TERRY LEE LONGFELLOW, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF LEE, AND STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS FOLLOWS:
LOTS 33 AND 34, BLOCK 4252, UNIT 60, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 154 THROUGH 169, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
