NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant that Order resetting foreclosure sale entered July 5, 2016 entered in Case No. 2011-CA-054944 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Hubert Bacovsky, et al., are the Defendants.
I, Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on August 8, 2016, commencing at 9:00 a.m., the following described real and personal property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 6, PINE GLEN AT THREE OAKS UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGES 30 THROUGH 32, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
which has an address of: 9736 DEVONWOOD CT, FORT MYERS, FL 33967-4855.
The foreclosure sale is re-set for August 8, 2016 and will be conducted online at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Fla. Stat.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
