ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AMC1 is Plaintiff and ARGENT MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC , UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIA TEFEJA N/K/A RENALDO VALDES, MARIA ELENA TEFEJA, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION, are defendants.
