NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 7, 2016 in Civil Case No. 15-CA-051295 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR DBALT MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-4 is Plaintiff and GARY POMMERENCK, GERALD POMMERENCK, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A RYAN MCELROY, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2 N/K/A JANINE MCELROY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GARY POMMERENCK N/K/A NANCY POMMERENCK, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GERALD POMMERENCK N/K/A VALORIS POMERENCK, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2 day of November, 2016, at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 54 and 55, Block 742, Unit 22, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 1-16 inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
