NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 14, 2016, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-003895 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR BEAR STEARNS ARM TRUST 2007-4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-4, Plaintiff and GEORGE M. DONEY, VALERIE DONEY, NATIONAL CITY BANK, and SHENANDOAH PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants, I, Linda Doggett, Lee County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING at 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on August 15, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
