NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered by the Court on the 21st day of July, 2016, in that certain cause pending in the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida, HSBC Bank, USA, National Association, as Trustee for Deutsche ALT-A Securities Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2007-3 is Plaintiff, and Stephen Brandauer is the Defendant, in Civil Action Case No. 13-CA-051146. The Clerk of the aforesaid Court will at 9:00 a.m., on Aug. 25, 2016, offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online foreclosure sale Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following described real property, situate and being in Lee County, Florida, to-wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 4, LAGUNA SHORES, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 29 AND 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
