NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Re-Open Case and Re-Schedule Foreclosure Sale dated July 19, 2016 in Case No. 12-CC-2072 in the County Court in and for Lee County, Florida wherein LAKEWOOD AT THE LAKES AT THREE OAKS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC, a Florida non-profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and ROBERT ALAN SAALFELD, et al, is the Defendant, I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 9:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on August 22, 2016. Foreclosure Auctions will be held online at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 2, THE LAKES AT THREE OAKS, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGES 40-45, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
