NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 22, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 15-CA-050450 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 am on 26 day of August, 2016 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Commencing at the Northwest Corner of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 10, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, Lee County, Florida, Thence Run Easterly along the North Line of said Section 10, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, a Distance of 200 feet to a point, Thence run South 435 feet to a point, Thence run West 200 feet to a point in the West Line of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 10, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, Thence run North along said West Line of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 10, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, a distance of 435 feet to the point of beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
