NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 21, 2016, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-054546 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY , Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA AS TRUSTEE FOR FREDDIE MAC SECURITIES REMIC TRUST 2005-S001, is Plaintiff, and DANIEL J. TURNER, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 16 AND 17, BLOCK 40 OF CAPE CORAL, PART 2, UNIT 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 58 THROUGH 62 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
