The action was instituted in the Circuit Court, Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee, Florida; Case No. 16-CA-001207; and is styled QUICKEN LOANS, INC. vs. JOEL S. HIPOLITO; DEBORAH J. HIPOLITO; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION I; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Mark W. Hernandez, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 255 S.
