ANDERSON; GREAT NORTHERN EQUIPMENT DISTRIBUTING, INC.; INTERNATIONAL FIDELITY INSURANCE COMPANY; LEE COUNTY; LEE COUNTY CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT; R.H. DONNELLEY, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO R. H.
