NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of June 2016 and entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-000042WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARCELO JAVIER ORQUERA; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DONALD MEYER A/K/A DONALD L. MEYER; FREDERICK P. MEYER; CAROL L. IVERSON and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 10th day of August 2016 at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 365, TAHITIAN HOMES UNIT SIX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE(S) 115 AND 116, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
